do You offer beginner classes?

Yes.. and no. Beginner classes are not offered in the traditional form and the workouts are like, really, really hard. (Honestly I can barely keep up sometimes!) What I do offer is an opportunity. An opportunity to let go of the stories of “I’ll be ready to take that class when...” and to simply dive right in. I promise to meet you where you’re at in your fitness journey. Whether it’s day 1 or decades in, I’ve got you.


What equipment do I need?

All workouts are designed to be accessible for anyone with any amount of equipment. For best practices, dumbbells and resistance bands are highly encouraged.


How do i view classes?

Classes are released daily at 7:30am PT/ 10:30am ET. If you prefer to work out earlier than the daily class is released, I recommend pushing your schedule back 1 day. Ex) complete Monday’s Full Body Strength on Tuesday. Daily classes stay active for 14 days, so you have plenty of time to complete the workout. If you do not sign up for class, you will not receive the direct link, however you can still access it through the On Demand Video library.
